Chromebooks and tablets cannot serve as a primary device. Page specifically lists as unsuitable: iPads, Android tablets, Windows RT-based systems, and Microsoft Surface Pro X devices. Also states that except for Computer Science majors, M-series (Apple silicon) MacBooks are not recommended.
