Also banned: deep freezers, dishwashers, washers and dryers, humidifiers without documented medical need, video doorbells, satellite dishes, sleeping pods, trampolines, tanning beds, waterbeds, cinder blocks, added locks, flags or posters on the ceiling, hoverboards, drones, grills and charcoal, weapons and fireworks, and any appliance that isn't UL-certified or lacks automatic shut-off.
